How To Fix Moccasin Laces




Today I bring a recetilla sweet and chocolate flavor. And is that chocolate is my downfall. As you may know all the brownies are kind of dense cake that does not rise too much in the oven. I had tried other recipes with nuts (in fact, if you feel like you can add some chopped nuts that supports very well), but I've decided to stick to this recipe that takes only chocolate and more chocolate.

The result is that you can see in the picture, of a creamy texture and juicy, that is, there is nothing dry. The recipe is from the book Martha Stewart's cookies , written by the above. I already tried some recipes that another and I am delighted with the result. I was a bit of laziness that the measures are in cups, teaspoons and ounces, but everything is set. Anyway try to adapt (to the extent possible, because sometimes I miss things though) measures to grams. Ingredients



· 90 g unsalted butter (slightly more for greasing the pan, though I usually do with olive oil)
· 170 g (approx.) of chocolate fondant into pieces
· 1 / 4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I use the brand value)
3 / 4 cup wheat flour "normal" (or force, or pastry ...)
• the tip of a teaspoon of baking soda ("Royal)
• a pinch of salt
• 1 cup sugar • 2 large eggs

· 2 tsp vanilla extract Preparation



· Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease the mold that we will use. I used a square is not too large, silicone.

· We put together butter, melted chocolate and cocoa powder in a bowl to melt in a double boiler or in microwave at room temperature middle or upper middle, giving little time every time and mixing with a spoon.

! Put in another bowl the flour, baking powder and salt and set aside.

· Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until mixture white (about 4 minutes on medium speed). Add the melted chocolate that we advance with the butter and cocoa and mix well. Incorporate the flour mixture and we beat until smooth.

• Finally pour the mixture into the mold and introduced into the oven for about 35 minutes (remember that after this time you can check if it is done by introducing browny at the center of a needle and checking that out clean). Let cool about 15 minutes and unmold. And we have listed a delicious snack!

NOTES: With the theme of the cups, "tablespoon" "teaspoon" etc ... now we reach on ebay, ikea store or any other household equipment (including a list of Aldi I've seen something similar) sets of scoops that are equivalent to these measures. How do you do with these measures?
