How To Talk Without Sounding

pate cannelloni with meat and bechamel false (especially children)

A mother is always looking for ways to encourage your kids to eat vegetables, because at least mine sometimes you like to see a little green in the food and tell me they do not like the false bechamel also helps to reduce calories in pasta dishes without losing flavor.

ingredients:
for false bechamel: 3 zucchini

3 cheeses

1 small onion, nutmeg, salt

for cannelloni:
1 box cannelloni plates (I use that do not require cooking)
pepper
green onion

red pepper eggplant garlic

200 gr minced meat (I use mixed pork / beef) 1 small can

paté
ketchup

first thing is put to cook the peeled zucchini and onion in salted water, when it is cooked remove most of the water, we take all the cheeses and whisk until thick and smooth, add the nuts nutmeg and set aside, this will be the false bechamel, but if you test'll notice no difference with the truth.

While we put the cannelloni sheets in hot water, I reheat in the microwave and left about 20 minutes or so says the manufacturer, we take this time to make the fried, for this we poached vegetables, onion , garlic, pepper and eggplant, all finely chopped medium heat and, once we add the meat tender and slightly salt when almost done add a couple tablespoons of tomato sauce and pate to go undone, a couple of minutes and depart.
When the plates that we made a separate cloth and dried a bit, we fill the plates with the fried meat and place on a source to which we will have established a fund of tomato sauce filled
Once covered with bechamel false and put some cheese on top, we put a preheated oven at 200 degrees until it browns, about 20 minutes.

as you see a great way for children to eat vegetables.
