orange cheesecake, chocolate and Muscat jelly



As usual New Year's Eve my husband's family met to celebrate the new year, we gather in a garage owned by my brother and each carries a plate because We are so foolish to 25 people. ingredients:
for the biscuit base:
1 biscuit roller
maria 70 g butter

for the cheese filling: 300 grm

in a saucepan put all the filling ingredients minus the curd that will dissolve in a little milk when it begins to boil add the curd, stirring and let boil again, turn away from heat and pour over the biscuit base, let cool a bit and put it in the fridge at least one hour before the next step.
In another saucepan put sugar, water and Muscat give a strong boil to evaporate the alcohol, go down a little and let the fire about 10 minuts until a light syrup, put the gelatine leaves to moisturize a little water, drain them and add the syrup, mix it with straw and let it cool a bit, put the grapes on the cake, add some jelly and let it sets a bit to not move, finished cover the grapes with gelatin and put it in the refrigerator until ready to servce, I made the night before because this type of cake are better the more curd.
